The main subjects of focus for 2010 and Dincus’s second year of offering our customers something different than the norm.
Environment
It’s our #1 concern and mission statement. All of our products in part or in whole, incorporate some form of ecologically minded processing.
The fibers used in our urban collection use organic bamboo as well as organic cotton. The bamboo fiber we use is a regenerated cellulose fiber made from natural organic bamboo and a high tech process that is non-polluting to the environment during production. The density of our bamboo fiber is bigger and larger, thus providing more anti-bacterial properties.
Our technical jersey’s, shorts and pants along with our technical outerwear collection are made from re-cycled (PET) polyester fibers. Even our hang tags are recycled card.
Once you start to understand each of our fabrics, you will understand how we chose to go this route. The benefits greatly outnumber the cons.
Evolution
Is everywhere, but we don’t want to be complacent and just go with the flow! We started by developing fabrics that will not only be environmentally easier on the planet, but more beneficial to the end user. This process is ongoing, but every year we strive to bring you new looks, feels and a sense of satisfaction that we are helping you lower your carbon footprint.
Expression
Rings through loud and clear when you look at our 2010 graphics. Our graphic team mixed their potions and came out with the unique way we express ourselves on and in our apparel collection.
